Danish Embassy in Tbilisi is hiring a fulltime driver - Are you our new colleague?
As driver for the embassy you will become a part of the administrative team of the embassy and you will work closely with the whole embassy team.
Tasks will include:
• Ensure smooth and timely execution of logistics according to the appointment calendars of the Ambassador and other staff members.
• Maintain Embassy cars in operable and presentable condition.
• Running errands and other manual tasks.
• Duty travels around Georgia and Armenia.
• Contribute to a cooperative work place by providing assistance to colleagues including other teams when needed and within competencies and capacities.
• Perform other relevant duties as requested by the Embassy’s management.
Professional qualifications:
• Minimum 3-5 years professional driving experience.
• Command of English or readiness to improve English skills. Knowledge of Armenian/Russian is an asset.
• Well-developed sense of safety; presentable appearance; service and customer mindedness.
We are looking for a fulltime driver for an average of 40 hours per week. However, the position requires flexibility and availability to work occasionally longer shifts. The driver should have a valid passport for occasional duty travels to Armenia. Overtime during weekends will be compensated. The employment is on local terms. A competitive salary package will be provided according to qualifications
Starting Date
May 1 or soon as possible. Employment requires security clearance from the Danish authorities. The applicant should be eligible for working in Georgia, i.e. be a Georgian national or have a valid Georgian work permit.
